1. General Scope of Services

A.I.T Engineers specializes in engineering, fabrication, and manufacturing of industrial equipment—including storage tanks, bulk silos, heat exchangers, heating coils, buoyancy equipment, and custom structural packages. All equipment is manufactured against mutual technical drawings, formal purchase orders, and agreed project specifications.

2. Quotations, Inquiries & Purchase Orders

• Information, product photographs, and general specifications provided on this website serve informational purposes and do not constitute an irrevocable commercial binding offer.
• Formal quotations issued by A.I.T Engineers remain valid for the period specified within the quotation document, subject to material price fluctuations and availability at the time of order confirmation.
• Work commences strictly upon receipt of an authorized Purchase Order (PO), agreed advance payment terms, and signed approval of technical fabrication drawings.

3. Design Approvals & Manufacturing Specifications

Fabrication is conducted based on mutually agreed General Arrangement (GA) drawings and technical specifications. Any revisions or scope additions requested after drawing approval or cutting of steel may result in adjusted timelines, material variation charges, and amended commercial terms.

4. Quality Assurance & Inspection

Quality checks are carried out during defined stages of manufacturing (raw material verification, dimensional layout, weld inspections, and pressure/leak tests where applicable). Clients or third-party inspection agencies (TPIA) are welcome for stage-wise or pre-dispatch inspection as stipulated in the agreed contract.

5. Delivery, Dispatch & Site Handover

• Delivery schedules quoted are based on standard production timelines and prevailing supply chain conditions at the time of order confirmation.
• Unless explicitly specified otherwise, dispatch terms are Ex-Works / FOB our facility. Transit insurance, unloading, site readiness, foundation preparation, and civil supports remain the responsibility of the client.
• A.I.T Engineers shall not be held liable for delivery delays arising from Force Majeure events, strikes, transport disruptions, power outages, or site access restrictions outside our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property & Drawings

All website content, engineering diagrams, logos, photographs, CAD concepts, and descriptive literature are the proprietary intellectual property of A.I.T Engineers. Unauthorized reproduction, publication, or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A.I.T Engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of production, revenue, or business interruption, resulting from equipment operation beyond rated technical parameters or improper maintenance.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any commercial contracts entered into with A.I.T Engineers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra.
